Bed bugs are an issue for hotels throughout the year, but they are especially troublesome during the travel high season, when conditions conspire to make bed bug control top of mind. In the May 2013 issue of Hotel Management magazine, Western’s own Phil Pierce, Technical Services Manager and Entomologist, offered some insight into this ongoing hospitality challenge.
