• Proactive Prevention – IPM eliminates the three elements pests need to survive, and prevention plays a major role in reducing the need for treatment:
  • Food: Keep trash areas covered, clean, and empty, and clean spills.
  • Water: Clear leaves out of gutters and eliminate standing water.
  • Shelter: Eliminate access to your business by caulking holes between pipes and walls, trimming tree limbs and brush, and using screens.
• Environmentally Responsible Treatment – We are very selective about pest control materials, choosing only those with the smallest environmental footprint.
