Summer
Early summer is a great time to get started with a Home Protection Program...before ants, flies and rodents get fully into the swing of home invasions. To get you started, Western will:
- Inspect in and around your home for pests and treat for any infestations
- Apply a protective barrier around the exterior of your home to keep crawling insects out
- Install non-toxic, strategically placed Watchdog™ and Mouse House™ monitors
Fall
As fall moves in, our technicians will visit again to protect your home against the various pest problems that are more prevalent later in the year. Late summer-early fall services include:
- An exterior inspection and treatment of pests, particularly wasps' and bees' nests
- An interior inspection at your request to detect and treat any new infestations
- An exterior barrier application to keep out pest invaders
Winter
Western's Home Protection Plan also includes a winter inspection, as well as free emergency service visits to address any pest problems that arise in between our seasonal service visits. Just give us a call - as part of our Home Protection Plan, emergency visits are free!
