A: I am responsible for inside residential sales for our call center in Parsippany, NJ. We support our 16 branches with sales and setting up inspections for our outside sales reps.

A: I attended William Paterson University for business administration and management

A: I have 3 pest control licenses: Core, 7A, and 7B.
Q: Are there any interesting projects you’ve worked on that you’d like to include?
A: Currently helping in the process of implementing our new online chat capability to communicate with new and existing customers through our website.
Q: Is there anything else you would like to include?
A: Our call center is made up of a very talented group of people that provide best in class service to new and existing customers. I’m excited to use our new programs and technology to help grow our call center and be able to provide excellent, timely service to our customers.
