The disinfectant treatment for modern times and peace of mind

Why Western for Disinfecting Your Business?

We are doing way more than cleaning. As a pest control company, we have been maintaining public health and safety since 1928. Adding a powerful treatment using a strong yet gentle disinfectant product is a natural next step for us – and you are able to have a company you already trust disinfect your building. Read on for 5 more reasons to use a pest control company for commercial disinfecting services.

We want to keep you, your employees, and your guests as safe as possible. That’s why we use a disinfectant product rated by the EPA as Toxicity Category IV, their lowest toxicity rating. They even define it as “practically non-toxic and not an irritant” while also proving to be a powerful disinfectant. It’s mild on skin and hard surfaces. It’s even safer for the environment since it contains no ozone-harming volatile organic compounds (VOCs). But it’s also powerful. The product we use will kill 99.99% of the almost 50 bacteria, fungi, and viruses listed on the product label including H1N1 Swine Flu and other pathogenic microbes on hard, non-porous surfaces. It is also included on the EPA’s “List N” of products that meet their criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the causal agent of COVID-19.

It is even rated “no rinse required on food contact surfaces,” category D2, by NSF International – meaning it’s approved for use on food contact surface areas without the need to wash or rinse the area with water after application. This is especially important if your business has a cafeteria or kitchen. The product we use is gentle enough to use everywhere in your business. People often associate disinfecting with bathrooms and kitchens but we think more holistically including stair handrails, doorknobs, and elevators where the most cross-contamination can happen.

Professional commercial disinfectant services from a company you already trust – that’s what you’ll get with Western. Whether you manage an apartment building, an office building, a school, a retail store, or any other business, the Western PurClean™ is a disinfecting solution you can count on. And with the Western Payment Plan, we can even help make paying for a Western PurClean™ disinfectant treatment easier. Get details here.

The Western PurClean™ disinfectant process includes trained technicians applying the powerful yet gentle disinfectant product using specialized equipment to perform a two-part treatment. The first part is our wipe-down treatment that includes all inanimate human touch points like light switches, door handles, file cabinet drawer pulls, desk handles, etc. Once that is done, the second part of the treatment – the light misting – is used in the entire space to ensure that all areas have been treated. This is where our business disinfecting service is a beneficial addition to whatever cleaning you are already doing. Our mist can get everywhere – even where a sneeze or cough can land, and even where your cleaning company cannot reach.

Once the treatment is complete, the area is left wet and undisturbed for 10 to 15 minutes. Finally, it is left to dry without any need to rinse or wipe down. It’s as quick as that. Like other disinfectant treatments, surfaces can be re-contaminated after treatment. Western can help you get back to business in a safer, healthier environment for you, your staff, and anyone who comes into your business. With Western, you can Consider it Done®.

“The service was excellent. Account Executive visited our facility on Thursday and discussed the service. I received the quote later that same day and we arranged for service on Saturday at 6 a.m. The early Saturday morning time slot was very convenient to our processing schedule. Technicians showed up early and were very professional. I appreciate the quick turn around and professional service.”
