A: Region Manager
Q: What are your responsibilities?
A: I am responsible for the business operations, sales and employees of eight locations covering Northern Maryland, Eastern Pennsylvania, all of Delaware, and Southern New Jersey.
Q: What year did you start working at Western?
A: 2007
Q: How many years have you been working in this industry?
A: 33!
Q: What is your education background?
A: I have a degree in both Business Management and Psychology from Rutgers University.
Q: Do you have any relevant certifications or specialties?
A: I am a Preventative Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI), which means I can help Food Processing and other types of accounts with their Food Safety Training and Programs.
Q: Are there any interesting projects you’ve worked on that you’d like to include?
A: Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to work on projects that have created new service offerings, provided training to our employees, found solutions to pest issues in accounts, etc. That’s what I love best about my job: the ability to help our employees and customers.

A: What a great group of people I work with! Every level within the organization demonstrates a dedication to our company, an unequalled commitment to our customers, and a genuine concern and caring for each other.
