Commercial Technician of the Year
Jesus started with Western in January of 2018 and is the 2023 NY / NNJ Commercial Technician of The Year. He earned this honor because of his perfect attendance and zero cancellation rate in 2023. He is a critical part of the success of the NYC office and is always willing to support the branch by taking on additional work. He delivers quality service day in and day out, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. Overall, he is an excellent employee, a true team player that is fully engaged and dedicated and can always be relied upon to work with the utmost integrity.
Supervisor of the Year
Dave started in March 1997 and was voted the Supervisor of the Year for all of Western. Starting as a technician and moved up to Supervisor about four years ago. He’s about to celebrate his 27th year with Western! Started as a technician and has been a supervisor for about 4 years now. During that time Dave has not only become a leader at the Wilmington branch but the right-hand man for the branch manager. He’s become a voice for Western all throughout the region. As both a supervisor and a mentor, Dave trained 4 new technicians this year to top standards in pest control, customer service, and the Western way. He has the fastest response to ALL customer needs whether it’s callbacks, current customers, or general Inquiries. He loves what he does and it shows.
