Western Donates to CHILD, Inc.

Western Pest Services takes its values very seriously – especially “people are our top priority.” People doesn’t just mean our customers, though. It means the people who work at our company and anyone who lives or works in the communities around our branches. That’s why our charitable works are so important to us. When the Western Pest Services team came together for their sales meeting, in addition to networking and polishing their sales skills, they added a charitable portion to the meeting.

Together, they collected greatly needed supplies and made the huge donation to CHILD, Inc. in Wilmington, Delaware. CHILD, Inc. provides a comprehensive array of programs for children and families. These programs include counseling services for children and families, foster care homes, Delaware’s only shelter for abused and neglected children, parent education, two shelters for battered women and their children, advocacy for domestic violence victims, a domestic violence hotline and a family visitation center.

Western may put people first, but safety is a very, very close second. So, donating to a charity that also focuses on people and their safety was a natural choice. Great job by all involved.
