I always seem to have a positive experience whenever I interact with any of our local Western Pest team members. I called in this morning and spoke to Tony, as always she was very polite and helpful in making sure that our tech John was informed and prepared to help us when he got here. Then John came by today and took care of our routine service. He also did a great job helping us with a recently developing nuisant little problem, helping us find clear root causes and coming up with strategies to resolve our situation. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I was really happy with how he handled things today. We’ve been using Western Pest ever since we bought our place here four years ago and we couldn’t be happier!

We have had a good experience with Western Pest Services so far. Our technicians have always been polite and honored our requests regarding treatment. We only needed the service for 1 year, and we have a few months left on that 1 year contract. Hopefully there will be no issues with continued billing when that 1 year is up.

So I signed up for service because I had a flea infestation and also mice. The first guy came and laid traps. All was good. Second visit a different guy came and didn’t even check the traps. I’m not sure if I’m getting the service I’m paying for. I would love someone to at least check the traps in attic and crawl space. Not sure what just setting one trap in each location is supposed to do for an infestation. I had some guys come to weather proof my attic and they refused to do it because of mice infestation. This was after my first two extermination visits. I need all the mice gone which is why I hired you in the first place. If I still have mice, what am I paying for?
