Western has been and is outstanding company when you call by telephone you get a live person who greet you by there's name very professional. Okay; the problems we were really having, was with ant, Mr Nate whom is our technician came to our property, quickly he located where the ant was coming into our home and point it out to us and took care of this concern we were having. There was other problems as well Mr Nate also took care of them. He is very knowledgeable, polite and never late on his assigned appointment to you from him, thank you always you are appreciated.

Marlin was very good and thorough. He called me before the appointment to make sure I was ready. On the other hand, the company did not give me a 2 hour time frame the day before, so if Marlin hadn’t called I would have forgotten the appointment and not been home. I had mentioned that they had also scheduled a termite inspection, which wasn’t on his schedule until the end of the day, so luckily we got that done at the same time. The company needs to get organized

western pest services is excellent. they got rid of a hornets nest for me so i got their annual service. since they came the first time, i have not had any bugs in the house. plus the gentleman who comes to do the work is wonderful. so understanding and kind and professional! thanks!

1/13/25 update: Another very good visit. They were prompt. Chris is very professional. Highly recommend. 1/16/24 update: Always good service and they show up on time. Nat is very professional. 10/20 update: They continue to provide great service – always on time. We started using western when we moved into our new house earlier this year. They came recommended by a friend who uses them as well. The customer service representatives are very pleasant and professional. The techs who come out are very courteous and professional. The company is very responsive. Highly recommend Western Pest.
