Great company to work with - I have contracts for 2 properties. Very professional and easy to get in touch with which is super important. The service person calls me ahead of time (before arrival) and is very responsive on terms of questions. Very efficient, effective service!

I really enjoying the service and especially the technicians. Dave showed up today after he called and alerted me that he would be here in 15 minutes. He was very thorough in listening to the current insect problem and he addressed it appropriately after explaining everything that needed to be done. I really appreciate his service today!

Scott Archer (the assigned technician arriving at my house), was easy going, as well as, answered all my questions about future insect issues that could occur over the summer and with new home siding, Scott applied the appropriate insecticide around the house. Also, he applied a spray to the shed that we have in our backyard, preventing further growth of nests that we're forming outside of my shed. Preventing a home for wasps and bees. Scott was truly knowledgeable, and I appreciated the scheduled visit from Western Pest Control 🦟🪳.

I would give these guys 0 stars if I could. Came out, set some traps, took our money, and left. We kept seeing mice so we called and scheduled an appointment. Never showed. Called again and scheduled a second time. Never showed. Guess what? We had a 6 month check in scheduled and they never showed. Worst pest services ever. There is a reason they are cheaper than everyone else. Update: left a message as instructed by the response to my original review. Have not heard back.
